Stunning new build condo in downtown Asheville. Enjoy two Master Bedrooms and a private balcony with downtown and mountain views. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer; shopping, restaurants, breweries, and galleries. Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway the location is one that is hard to beat. One parking space is available but the car can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.
This condominium is pet-friendly. There will be a $75 (plus tax) non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment to Airbnb. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest. This was a beautiful, clean, centrally-located condo in downtown Ashville. Parking was convenient and restaurants, breweries, and shops were all within a few blocks. We will be back!

Is a really nice condo and perfect location for our visit. We recently built our dream home and came back to get some unique items from the local artists. This location was perfect. Very new/modern, comfortable beds and all you need for a great visit.
This was an absolutely beautiful condo. I’ve been to Asheville many times, but this will be my go to place from now on Very close to the Biltmore house within walking distance of lazoom and restaurants.
This was the perfect place to stay for a quick weekend getaway in Asheville. Located in the middle of downtown, it was walkable to everything that we wanted to do. The property was perfectly clean and the check in/out process was easy. Communication was clear and quick. Would absolutely stay here again.
The property was clean, had a great view and the location was great. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops without any problem, even my 70 year old MIL.
This was a great place to stay in Asheville. The place was exactly as described and pictures. The description of parking space was correct…we were able to get MB SUV in spot but didn’t need our car during our stay. Street was not noisy during our stay. LOTS of great restaurants with a short walk up to downtown area. A great place to get away from for a few days. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and a great place to relax.
Beautiful property, neighbors are very friendly too! The location is just down the hill from restaurants, breweries, shops. Front bedroom was a little noisy with the bar patrons across the street at night. Parking spot is TIGHT!
The condo was exactly as described!. Really close to local brewers and restaurants and The Orange Peel. Prompt response from owners when questions were ask. Condo was comfortable for 2 couples and I look forward to returning to Asheville and stay at this condo.
Came to visit Biltmore with my sister and husband. Centrally located with short walks to brewery and downtown, short drive to the estate. Only bad thing about the unit was that the front bedroom had a lot of street noise at night. Otherwise, fabulous
We (3 of us) stayed here end of April. It was clean and well kept. If you want to cook, everything you need was there. Walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants, breweries, music, museum. If you have a car, nice & secure garage space is included. Only downside is street noise if you want to sit on deck. We could not find a bluetooth music hookup either. Great stay in a beautiful area!
Everything about this place is perfect except the main BR with the king bed when it comes to going to sleep. It's amazing how loud the exhaust sound was from the cars climbing the hill outside the 2nd story window. We brought a noise machine and the traffic still woke us at all hours of the night. Maybe ear plugs would help?? Or sleep in the smaller BR. Besides that, we were extremely happy with the rental

We’ve stayed in the same building multiple times but on higher floors. This particular unit, was as described. Same management with prompt attention to a small issue in the bathroom-no complaints there.
Only negative - road noise is very high at this apartment. Just due to its location. Something to be mindful of say if traveling with kids or people who may have hard time sleeping with that. Rooms had white noise machines, so that helped.
This place is a 5 if you don’t mind noise; a 1 if you do. Wonderfully laid out and decorated condo with large bedrooms and great layout to provide your family with plenty of room to be together or separate (as you choose). Amazingly convenient location just 1/2 block south of Orange Peel where you can easily walk to almost anything you want to do downtown from Patton Avenue to Coxe to Biltmore Avenue, etc.Underground parking a wonderful feature - well lighted and extremely clean. Modern appliances and finishes along with an extremely large covered balcony. But, if you are sensitive to noise, this isn’t the place for you.
First, there is road noise as it is located just feet from Biltmore Avenue. Can be deafening on the balcony, a hinderance to a light sleeper in the rear bedroom, yet barely noticeable in the communal areas (living room, kitchen) or first bedroom. It will occur all day and evening. It gets better after midnight, but it is always there.
Second, there is a humming noise that occurs irregularly at all hours - usually 5 or 6 times a day. Loudest by the front entry door, it only lasts 30 seconds - 2 minutes max, but it is loud enough to wake someone in the front bedroom (the one that doesn’t haves street noise) when it happens after bedtime. We were told this wasn’t a known issue and they’d work with the HOA to address, might be worth asking if it has been addressed prior to booking.
Overall, we’d return but if you have light sleepers or want quiet, avoid.
