We were so happy we chose this place as our “home” for the wedding weekend and week after! It had everything we could need and more. The view was incredible. The house was so spacious and comfortably fit all 12 of us (including some children). It felt removed from the city enough but still was only a 15-20 minute drive into downtown Asheville. There was plenty of food and grocery options nearby and only about a 40mg drive to get onto the Blue Ridge parkway. We loved our stay and would highly recommend for any groups traveling to the area! The house is very roomy and everyone could be comfortable in different parts of the house. Having 3 full bathrooms for 7 women was a critical reason for choosing this rental home. The woodsy setting is quiet, with beautiful distant views of the river and mountains. But it's only 15 minutes from Downtown Asheville for restaurants and shopping. We didn't use a lot of the generous amenities, such as the hot tub and all the kitchen equipment. But it would be great to return and stay longer to take advantage of all the items provided by the homeowner. The main bedroom with King bed is ENORMOUS, with extra large bathroom and closet. All the beds were comfortable. Easy keyless entry with keypad at the front door. The homeowner was great communicating with us before and during our stay, and we appreciated the extra help on our final day. Nice to have some basics in the kitchen pantry, e.g., coffee, tea, hot cocoa, some spices. Wifi was great. There are lots of good choices for large home rentals in Asheville, but you can't go wrong with this particular home! Highly recommend! ##### dawn t.
