Had an amazing time at Woodfin. The house has amazing views of Asheville and the surrounding mountains and is just a quick drive from tons of things to do around the city.Communication was great and the check in/out process was super simple.
We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and had so many things to enjoy in the game room. The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable! The view from the deck was breath taking!
We were so sad to leave!
We loved the beautiful views, spacious living, the hot tub and family room was a blast. We definitely look forward to returning and seeing those deck views in the fall. Kitchen and upper living room were great for gamily meals. Love the big dining table.
Fantastic week. Fall colors and beautiful views from the deck. Great location and wonderful, clean house. Friendly for family, seniors and dogs. Visit Weaverville - hidden gem.
We’ll be back!

Worked out extremely well for our group of 12. Plenty of space for gathering together yet room for privacy and spreading out. Game room, hot tub and deck with a view kept guests entertained. Property condition gets 4 stars as it is an older home. Lots of upgrades but could still use a handyman here and there. Fans, supplied, helped a lot with climate control in 90+ degree weather.
My fiancée and I were getting married in Asheville (from Durham) and considering both our families live out of state, we decided to spend the week after the wedding with our family in Asheville. We were so happy we chose this place as our “home” for the wedding weekend and week after! It had everything we could need and more. The view was incredible. The house was so spacious and comfortably fit all 12 of us (including some children). It felt removed from the city enough but still was only a 15-20 minute drive into downtown Asheville. There was plenty of food and grocery options nearby and only about a 40mg drive to get onto the Blue Ridge parkway. We loved our stay and would highly recommend for any groups traveling to the area! We hope we have a reason to book again in the future!
Seven of us enjoyed a long weekend in Asheville, and this home was exactly what we wanted for our "mountain getaway." The house is very roomy and everyone could be comfortable in different parts of the house.
Having 3 full bathrooms for 7 women was a critical reason for choosing this rental home.
The woodsy setting is quiet, with beautiful distant views of the river and mountains. But it's only 15 minutes from Downtown Asheville for restaurants and shopping.
We didn't use a lot of the generous amenities, such as the hot tub and all the kitchen equipment. But it would be great to return and stay longer to take advantage of all the items provided by the homeowner.
The main bedroom with King bed is ENORMOUS, with extra large bathroom and closet.
All the beds were comfortable.
Easy keyless entry with keypad at the front door.
The homeowner was great communicating with us before and during our stay, and we appreciated the extra help on our final day.
Nice to have some basics in the kitchen pantry, e.g., coffee, tea, hot cocoa, some spices.
Wifi was great.
There are lots of good choices for large home rentals in Asheville, but you can't go wrong with this particular home! Highly recommend!
This location was perfect for a mountain getaway. It was the perfect distance from the city while still feeling secluded. I would definitely recommend.

Great location! Beautiful views and wonderful home!
A rainy weekend but a fabulous house. Well appointed and clean and cozy!
Gorgeous! Kitchen trash can is broken, hot tub doesn’t get very hot, and there are some bad smells in a few areas. Just minor complaints - overall a very lovely place
My 3 adult children, 2 grandchildren and I had ample accommodations, privacy, along with easy access to Asheville attractions. Just out far enough to feel “in the mountains “. Truly spectacular views from the very large deck and generous gathering room.
We could not have had a better stay! The house was perfect for our group of 9 girls with lots of private room but several larger areas for us to hang out. The location was so close to downtown asheville too which made it easy to get back and forth. The views were beautiful!
The house was great and communication was excellent with the owners. We gathered here for our family reunion (6 adults and 5 kids). It was perfect for us!
This was the perfect space for our family to gather to attend my son's wedding in Weaverville. Absolutely everything one sees in the property's photos it true . Outstanding views!Great upstairs kitchen. Only drawback, was no vent hood for the stove to remove smoke while cooking. I really hope we have an opportunity to visi again and truly tae advantage of all this property has to offer. Thank you for an enjoyable stay
This house was roomy - plenty of space for relaxing and for kids to play. Well-stocked kitchen. Close enough (minutes away) to Asheville, but private enough for peace and quiet. Big deck with fabulous view. Owner very helpful. Highly recommend and all agreed we'd stay there again.
The home was just perfect for our family with 10 people. It was so spacious and had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy or stay in Asheville. The only problem is that we only had four days. I would love to have had more time there.

Excellent take two
Stayed here two years ago for my daughter's graduation and enjoyed the stay so much that we came back to stay again for my next daughter's graduation. No more graduations coming but if I am in the Asheville and looking for a place to stay I would definitely stay again!!
