The room was clran, spacious , power shower, sea views, parking and a variety of amenities that would be ideal forfamilies. Great breakfast at R210 pp. Loved the walkway down to the beach.

Hotel advertises 24 hour airport shuttle...not true. They do not have a shuttle, you have to pre-arrange with a 3rd party contractor and it iscexpensive. Deceptive advertising

Yes. Everything excellent.

The hosts were excellent. The only issue was the entry card and codes didn’t work consistently. Apartment is on 3rd floor. Didn’t like that but it was ok. Place was beautiful and very classy.

The staff were amazing and incredibly friendly — from the porter to the front desk, right through to the beautiful breakfast service. The waiters were attentive, and the ever-smiling chefs truly made the experience special. I was, however, a bit concerned about the cleanliness of the room, particularly the bathroom. The shower glass and walls need more attention. In areas with aluminum joints, I would suggest using a toothbrush to remove the black buildup. The rails could also be wiped down properly to restore that desired shine. Nothing makes a hotel room feel more comfortable than a spotless bathroom.”
