About this property

Downtown Haven Paradise

  • Stunning downtown condo with contemporary meets turn of the century design in this historic new-buildout building, sunny and walkable condo in downtown Asheville. This 2nd floor two-bedroom features 2 king bedrooms, each with private baths. Additional sleep space available in king sofa bed. The Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway are also just a short drive away.
    One parking space is available in parking garage (close proximity).

    NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING.

    QUIET HOURS are from 10:00 pm-8:00 am. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Stacked condominium living is an experience that comes with neighbors immediately above and below. Please be considerate of the building neighbors during your stay.

    All building doors are to remain closed and locked at all times. Please be sure that they are locked after use. Please also ensure the garage door is closed if exiting from the garage. Security cameras are located in the front vestibule, lobby and garage. There is an extra security camera set on the alley, as well as an exterior motion detector light above the garage door area.

    The privacy and room darkening shades are operational by remote control. You can adjust coverage per personal preference. Please do not force the shades down manually. The remote will be left in view in the living room.

    The parking key pass is located on the dresser immediately when walking into the unit. There will be a $200 fee for a lost or damaged key.
