The living area features two sleeper sofas, each sleeping two, a 55-inch cable TV, and 500+ Mbps high-speed Wi-Fi. You will also find a dining table for four, breakfast bar seating for three, and a high-top table by the window. Its corner orientation creates a broad 120-degree outlook, making the living area an inviting place to watch the city and mountains change throughout the day. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, five-burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, and blender. A starter supply of dishwashing and paper essentials is provided, along with locally roasted coffee from Dynamite Roasting Co. and tea from Asheville Tea Company.

Bedroom: King bed. Living Room: Two sleeper sofas, each sleeping two. The bedroom also includes a chaise lounge with sweeping views towards North Asheville. Linens and an extra blanket are provided, and a white noise machine offers a variety of relaxing sounds and volume settings.

The bathroom includes towels, a hair dryer, and a starter supply of bath essentials. The toilet area is enclosed for additional privacy. An in-unit stacked washing machine and dryer with a starter supply of free-and-clear laundry detergent adds convenience during your stay.

Pet-Friendly
Cloud 10 welcomes up to two dogs, each weighing 20 pounds or less. A $150 one-time, non-refundable pet fee applies.

Guests have access to the third-floor fitness centre with Peloton bikes, treadmills, rowing machines, Rogue strength and conditioning equipment, and space for yoga and stretching. Urban Exhale Massage is located next to the fitness centre, with appointments booked separately. On the ground floor, Bargello serves Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, while District 42 offers seasonal and craft cocktails with shareable plates. Bargello to-go is also available, with ordering information provided in the in-condo guidebook.

Parking & EV Charging
Valet parking for one vehicle is included with your reservation and provides in-and-out access throughout your stay. Guests who prefer to self-park may use City centre Asheville public parking. The closest public garage is directly across the street at 16 Broadway Avenue, attached to the AC Hotel. Valet attendants are unable to connect, disconnect, or process payment for EV charging equipment. The closest public EV charging option is at 16 Broadway Avenue.

Access
After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message through VRBO and a welcome text. The rental agreement will also be provided through VRBO messaging and by email for easy completion, and it must be completed before access information is released. Your lockbox access code is sent by text on the day of arrival.
