You've heard of 'being on Cloud 9,' so elevate your stay and enjoy a state of euphoric bliss on Cloud 10. Settle into this heavenly corner condo facing north and east with 120-degree skyline views of downtown Asheville and the awe-inspiring Blue Ridge Mountains beyond. This one-bedroom, one-bath condo comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home and will have you floating.
As you walk through the front door, you will be greeted with an entrance hallway with access to the fully stocked bathroom to your left, which leads to the bedroom. On the right, nestled behind a door, is the stacked washer and dryer and an initial stock of free and clear laundry pods. Continuing down the hallway, you will find an open concept kitchen and breakfast bar overlooking the dining space and living room. This kitchen is fully stocked, perfect for entertaining with all the amenities you could ask for, including a refrigerator/freezer, five-burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, and blender. Below the sink you will find an initial stock of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, Finish dish rinse, along with trash bags, recycling bags and paper towels. To help give you a taste of Asheville, we've stocked your coffee station with a small supply of local coffee and tea from Dynamite Roasting Co and Asheville Tea Company. The dining table which seats four is adaptable so you can work from home by day and transition to an intimate home cooked dinner by night. Additionally, Cloud 10 also seats three at the breakfast bar. The living room features two sleeper sofas, which each sleep two, and a high-top table situated in front of the sliding glass window in the living room, creating a comfortable solace for watching the sunrise over downtown Asheville with your favorite morning beverage in hand. For entertainment, there is a 55” cable TV and 500+ Mbps high speed wi-fi so you can stream the latest binge worthy shows.
Off the living room is a separate bedroom where you will find a comfortable King bed complete with linens, a chaise lounge and a 55” cable TV. Sit and relax with the sweeping views of north Asheville. An additional set of linens for the bed and the sleeper sofas are stored in the bedroom closet along with an extra blanket. Enjoy a restful night's sleep courtesy of the white noise machine next to the bed with a range of relaxing sounds and noise volumes to choose from.
The bathroom, which is located off the bedroom, is where you will find a variety of complimentary amenities including shampoo and conditioner, lotion, hand soap, cotton balls and swabs, hair dryer, towels, facial tissue, and toilet paper. The toilet room is closed off from the rest of the bathroom allowing for extra privacy.
Cloud 10 is located on the 10th floor of the Arras Building, just an elevator ride away from an array of Asheville's award-winning breweries and restaurants. Don't forget to visit the many boutique shops and local artists that truly makes Asheville exceptional during your stay.
Cloud 10 is pet-friendly with a weight limit of 20 pounds per dog, two dog maximum limit. There is a non-refundable $150 one-time pet fee. Additionally, long-term stays are welcome at Cloud 10.
Access After you book your stay in Cloud 10, you will receive a confirmation email and a text message. Our lease agreement will be sent to you separately via Adobe Sign for easy completion. We require this to be signed and returned before we release the access code to the lockbox outside of the condo with the keys. The access code will be texted to you the evening prior to your arrival. These text messages will include a link to our digital guidebook of Asheville and a property guide for the condo. This guide was compiled by our team with information and recommendations from locals created to help you get the most out of your visit to Asheville, as well as housekeeping items like building information, how to access the valet deck, and arrival and departure instructions. We welcome you to save that phone number and use it to easily communicate with us surrounding any questions or comments regarding your stay.
Parking One of the convenient amenities we offer is valet parking which is included in your booking for one car. If you prefer, you also have the option to self-park in the city. If you plan to rideshare into town, please let us know after booking and we will remove the parking charge from your reservation. Please note that self-parking in Asheville is first-come, first-served. The closest parking garage is located directly across the street at 16 Broadway Avenue, attached to the AC Hotel.
EV Charging For liability reasons, valet is unable to assist with any aspect of vehicle charging, including attaching, paying for, or detaching charging equipment. If you need to charge your vehicle upon arrival, you may temporarily unload your belongings on the valet deck and then proceed to a nearby charging station. Once your vehicle is fully charged, you are welcome to return to the Arras building, where valet will park your car. Building Amenities Included in your stay at Cloud 10 is access to the building's gym, which is located on the 3rd floor of the building. The gym is fully outfitted with Peloton bikes, leading edge treadmills, rowing machines, rogue strength and conditioning equipment, and space for yoga and stretching. To reset your muscles or to relax on your vacation, schedule an appointment at our in-house massage room, Urban Exhale Massage, conveniently located next to the gym on the 3rd floor. Please note, massage services are not included in the cost of your booking.

Just loved this property. Clean bright and beautiful with a perfect downtown location. Easy walking to restaurants, stores and local sites. Friendly management and staff and very pet friendly. Would highly recommend!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and centrally located. It was a short drive to the Biltmore with plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity. The valet's were very friendly.

Excellent luxury unit. It was very comfortable. It’s a great central location. The only downside is a lot of sirens day and night; and the protestors with megaphones across the street.
Mountain views from luxury condo in the heart of downtown
The location is perfect for walking downtown Asheville to grab a bite at one of the many fantastic restaurants and to explore the shops and art galleries. The Arras bar is lovely for an afternoon snack and cocktail. The property is clean and modern and the customer service excellent.
Unit was exactly as described. Everything was beautiful and immaculately cleaned. Terrific location. Wonderful destination for our Anniversary celebration. We will definitely be back! Kevin
My family has stayed in downtown Asheville many times, and this was by far our favorite ever. The location is perfect, and the unit is exactly as it is portrayed in the pictures (if not more impressive). Very clean and new with incredible views of the city and surrounding mountains with huge sliding windows that open to everything. The hotel staff was exceptional as well and the ease of complimentary valet parking made getting in and out a breeze. We will stay here again when we return to our favorite city in the east!
We were so pleased with this condo, we'd be happy to move in - ha! The combination of a condo within a hotel makes it a luxurious vacation rental. Valet parking, extremely friendly staff, bar/restaurant right downstairs, and of course walkable to downtown Asheville shops and restaurants. The condo itself was immaculate, and well stocked with vacation essentials. We've also stayed at the Hotel Arras, and highly recommend, but this was even better. We cannot wait to return!
I come to Asheville once a month to see my Mom who is in Memory care. I usually stay with my brother , but this time I decided to stay by myself. Well I picked the perfect place ! From the beauty of the unit , to the Arras hotel and every single person I came in contact with. Top notch ! The gym is wonderful, the bar, restaurant, and outdoor area. Not to mention the perfect spot downtown Asheville. I will be back , and now I don’t think I could do Asheville any other way !! In love !
The condo is wonderful. We had all the amenities we needed and it is very well maintained. We almost wish we had plans to cook and eat in because the kitchen is lovely.
The elevator took a little getting used to but we quickly became pros at it. LOL
The location is in the middle of shopping and restaurants, and getting our car with the hotel valet was seamless.
Asheville is active and so is the traffic, especially the street racers after 9pm. A sound machine would be helpful.
This unit was a great experience from start to finish. If your concerned about parking down town the Valet will get rid of those concerns. Dropping off and picking up our vehicle was a breeze. All instructions for check in were delivered to us in advance so when we arrived at the location we knew the process. Cleanliness was top notch. Nothing was out of place. The space was open and inviting at the same time. Bed was comfortable. A great location for either a relaxing time or to walk around down town. We had no complaints about this unit. It was also nice to have the convenience of a restaurant and bar in the same building. Great stay, would book again.
Kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. Building is very dog friendly and green areas for dogs close by. Able to walk to coffee in the morning. Overall a fabulous stay!!!

Relaxation at it's Finest!
We have been repeat customers to Arras Vacation Rentals for the past 4 years and cannot sing their praises highly enough. From booking to departure, the staff makes the process as easy as possible.
