About this property

Asheville Home - Walk To Everything!

  • Great place in the heart of West Asheville - less than a half mile (0.4 mile) walk to Haywood Road shops and restaurants, including Westville Pub, West End Bakery, Universal Joint, Biscuit Head, etc. Spacious backyard and creek for kids to enjoy. Great deck for grilling. Peaceful, quiet setting at end of street. Monthly rental (up to 6 months at a time - additional months negotiable).

    Also very close to West Asheville Park with playground and baseball field, River Arts District, Downtown Asheville, Biltmore House, the Farmer's Market, the Blue Ridge Parkway, etc.

    The house has 4 bedrooms. The beds are three queens, a twin, bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa. Sleeps up to 9. Two full bathrooms - one upstairs where 3 of the bedrooms are located, and one downstairs en suite to the 4th bedroom. The downstairs (basement) also has an unfinished garage/laundry area.

    Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
