Secluded acreage, handicap accessible. This unique property is used by Cross Trail Outfitters as a hunting lodge and clubhouse. We finished renovating and added a new bedroom, 2 new bathrooms, a HUGE covered back patio, and new exterior! This spacious house (1584 sq ft) sits away from any neighbors. There is a blackstone & charcoal grill, picnic tables, and fire pit. This location is just off Historic Route 66 near the townships of Spencer and Gay Parida.
