This was a lovely little hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a lovely view from the balcony of our room. Breakfast was good. The hotel doesn't do evening meals but it was only a short walk into Ascain where there were plenty of bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay, would recommend and would return again when in the area

Excellent hotel, friendly welcome from the reception staff. Absolutely spotless throughout. Puts some of the bigger chains to shame. Will definitely stay again.

Very clean. Decent aircon. Plenty of parking. Taxi to St Jean de Luz town centre about €20. 20 min walk to beautiful beach.

We had a great stay. The receptionists were very helpful and ready to give recommendations. We had the pool and jacuzzi to ourselves in the mornings. The kids loved it!

Gorgeous hotel on the waterfront - the most impressive in Saint Jean de Luz, with a nice (simple) spa. The staff are the highlight - effortlessly efficient & totally capable - from the (handsome) door men to the amazing receptionist, capable maids & talented masseuse. What a unique destination and fabulous hotel and spa! The service we received from all the staff was professional, helpful and friendly! The room far exceeded our expectation and the attention. To detail and delicious food were “next level”. Honestly, this was our favourite part of our journey!

The decor is wonderfully relaxing – clean, practical and full of lovely touches. There are plenty of amenities and the staff are really welcoming. It’s in a brilliant spot right by the Plage Vieux in Biarritz.

A great hotel 1 minute away from the hustle & bustle. Balcony room was large & immaculate & staff were friendly & helpful. If you are driving be warned - parking is a nightmare. If you find a space leave the car there until you are ready to leave ! 24 hour parking is available 5 minutes away at a cost.

Very clean room and around the hotel. Members of staff very welcoming and polite, went above and beyond. Great facilities and parking is free during the night from 8pm and 8am
