Asari River Onsen Ski Area

The building is beautiful but quite outdated. The carpets in the hallway on our floor were very old and stained. Hotel has a direct access door to the big mall resides on its 3rd and 4th floor and extends to the adjacent shopping center. Various food options in the shopping center. The room does not have usb outlet but kept clean. No air vent in bathroom. Ocean view was great. However somehow the cleaning process last pretty long. We checked in around 3pm, until almost 8 pm , the hallway occupied with two cleaning carts, towels, and amenities. There were several unoccupied rooms on our floor had no lights but left the room doors opened as we walked by towards our room. Breakfast was pricey.

The hotel was nice in a good location. Rooms were adequate but didn’t feel like anything special. The pictures on Expedia showed a different (bigger with a separate toilet, sink, and bath area) than what we received. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of choices including Hokkaido soft serve! Our room also has Meet Lounge access included which was nice to get a drink and light snacks in the afternoon.
