    This luxurious holiday apartment, built and furnished in the authentic style of the Costa Smeralda, is situated in a small, private residential complex on the Costa Smeralda – Porto Cervo, surrounded by extensive gardens featuring typical Mediterranean flora and centuries-old Ginepro (Sardinian juniper trees). Thanks to its privileged seaside location, this ‘house within a house’ offers a fantastic view of the emerald-turquoise waters of the famous Cala Grano bay, whose renowned white sandy beach is just 50 metres away. Two private parking spaces, one of which is covered, and mobile Wi-Fi are included in the price.

Well beyond expectations!

There is so much more about this villa than what can be conveyed by photos and descriptions! It is beautiful, it is traditional, it has incredible details, it is light and spacious, it has all modern utilities, it is practical, it has a magnificent view, it is on an excellent beach… But most importantly – the whole space, internal and external, made us feel at home, at peace, and happy from the very first to the very last moment of our stay! Thank you, Irene, for welcoming us and we do hope we meet again!
