The ground were beautiful and the staff were very helpful. This is a hidden gem tucked away in Porto Cervo. The sea view room is small but the bathroom is big. The room was clean, and the location is perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay. The grounds are stunning, and so are the views. I had a very pleasant experience here and can’t wait to return to this spot in Sardegna.
Great service especially the Manager Luca who looked after us very well and took care of any concerns. The beach is very close to the property and has the best views in Porto cervo! The food in the beach club is excellent and the pool bar service. The padel and tennis is also a great amenity that’s included! Definitely recommend!
Lovely hotel with a beautiful view. Friendly staff ❤️
Note that the restaurants, shops and village are not walking distance - 70 eur return by taxi. Great if you have a car, expensive if you don’t.
Reception desk was very pleasant. A big shout out to Romina, Yana, Madelena and the others to make my trip so enjoyable. They were brilliant. The bar tenders were always smiling and happy to serve. The staff at the breakfast room were so efficient and professional. Breakfast was brilliant. The food at the beach club was awesome. The toiletries provided in the bathroom and tea and coffee amenities in room the room were all available and more than good. Rooms are clean. Sea view is gorgeous. Absolutely stunning property. The beach is paradise. The resort has lovely chill out cabanas all over the property. Would like to definitely come back.
The staff at the grand hotel were very helpful. They accommodated all of our wishes and helped us throughout. The pool bar staff are lovely and work really hard. Only criticism was our last lunch around the pool bar/restaurant was not good every other time it had been good. Perhaps an off day. The staff seemed very busy and run off their feet so the reflection is on the kitchen. In hindsight we should have refused to pay for the food and sent it back, Again the hotel is amazing and staff wonderful one bad lunch won’t put me off returning. Warning cabs in the area are needed or hire a car the cabs are very expensive for short journeys and amazingly they charge €10 more for a night time journey. The hotel was clean and quiet. It would be amazing if they had some entertainment a couple of evenings a week around the pool area. Again I would definitely return. Sardinia is beautiful however not much happening in Porto cervo.
Had a great stay here, everything was phenomenal especially the beach being such a short walk away, the dining options (and short walk outside the hotel to some great restaurants) and the cleanliness of the hotel. Looking forward to coming back again
The location of Hotel was fantastic, offering both sea , an amazing swimming pool, and direct access to the seaside. However, the room was a bit small and felt outdated. A renovation would greatly enhance the experience.

Good spot. Okay standard. Not exclusive.
It was a good spot to stay in, but for the price we paid we also expect a pretty high standard. The standard was fine, but we were not impressed by the hotel.
Pro’s; private parking spot right in front of our room. Good aircon. Private patio. Cute beach below the hotel.
Con’s; Beach beds not included. Hotel breakfast felt very basic and over crowded. Pool felt like a resort kids pool.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Property has easy access to the beach and a nice pool. Room and bathroom were a nice size, but the amenities were not luxury. The mattress was cheap, rock hard and very uncomfortable. Very dorm room like. Hotel is quite shabby, including in the lobby. Unpleasant smells around every corner. Desperately in need of refurbishing. Staff was abrupt and rude. Watch out for hidden charges. Definitely won’t be back.

What an incredible location and property. It sits a top of a hill and the private beach is very nice. Be prepared to pay 30€ for chairs. The front desk experience is VERY SLOW and not quite accommodating, there are 2 members of the staff that really went out of their way to help me book a sailing experience. The rest of them are not very helpful, particularly the one front desk girl told me “Google it” when I requested to rent a scooter, which I was so flabbergasted by. They always arrive late in the morning so you will be waiting till they show up.
The breakfast is simply average and the espresso machine makes the absolute worst cappuccino. The rooms are very very run down and to make matters worst, I woke up with bites all over my legs and I itched throughout my stay. The safe does not work and the metal is rusted. The showers are so small it feels you are bathing in a cruise ship. The bedding is cheap and pillows and mattress super uncomfortable. The blow dryer is old. On the good side, the views are incredible and you have comfortable parking right below your room. The pool is outstanding, large and very comfortable. The Cliff restaurant has the most incredible views and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The tennis court is readily available. What really does not help this property is the rooms and some of the front desk lazy staff. Shot out to the mature / older gentleman at the front desk, he truly is the best thing in the entire property.

Stayed here for 2 nights and started off with the hotel being understaffed and not really helpful in finding our rooms or helping with baggage.
when it came to assisting in calling taxi/transport service, there was virtually no help at all and we were told we had to call them ourselves (we asked multiple times if they had contacts atleast and were met with rude responses)
Called at 10 PM for additional pillows because the ones they provide are extremely thin and only provide (2) pillows for the bed and we were met with this exact response
“Hi no, it’s just me at the counter and we don’t have any to spare. tomorrow, bye” hung up
Kind of crazy for a hotel that is $1,000+ per night.
For a hotel that prides themselves on luxury and comfort, i can definitely say that is neither of their core principles.
If you’re looking for a bare minimum expensive stay. this is your place. If you’re looking for quality and comfort, this is not it.
Beautiful property and beach were one of the best in Sardinia. The pool was so well maintained and huge. Areas to relax were everywhere. Morning breakfast was amazing and the food was great.
Way better experience than we expected!! This place is a gem in a beautiful part of the island. Having a small beach that was a 3-4 minute walk from our hotel room was incredible, direct access from the hotel property.
Our room was on the small side, but it was definitely adequate and it had ample AC which was clutch during the 90 degree days. Hotel staff cleaned our room and made our bed every day! Our room also came with a little patio which was neat.
The hotel pool was huge and the pool bar and hotel beach restaurant were great. The free breakfast buffet was fantastic and full of delicious foods. You could see the ocean from our hotel room and there were gorgeous flowers/wildlife all over the property. We also enjoyed sitting in the cabanas and other view points around the property.
Plenty of parking and an easy check-in/check-out which made our lives easier having rented a car. They also gave good restaurant recommendations. I would stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sardinia and/or the Costa Smeralada area!
I loved the seclusion, quiet, access to the beach and private beach club were amazing and the pool was incredibly clean and well maintained. Same with the room and the view could not be beat. While there were some superstars on staff, could still use some overall training, and the restaurant while excellent the first night was not completely consistent, but loved breakfast every day especially the pastries.
