Very nice area with a view, convenient, spacious with a nice garden close to all the beautiful beaches. Definitely a place worth visiting.

Nice and quiet place, well equipped kitchen, good infrastructure in terms of supermarkets, pasticcheria, etc., parking space available. Beautiful view to Golfo Aranci region from the terrace upstairs. Inconvenients: nice but very small bathrooms. Beds were absolutely not up to our expectations, we did not look forward to going to sleep... Due to numerous high steps inside the building the place is not convenient for people with restricted mobility (might also be difficult with small children..). Beaches can only be reached by car, no availability on foot. Overall, a nice location for fit people who don’t care about sleeping well ...

Wunderbare grosse Unterkunft mit viel Platz zum Geniessen und Spielen auch für die Kinder, drinnen und draussen auf dem grossen Rasen oder Dachterrasse. Zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder sowie der private Parkplatz gehören auch zur Unterkunft und machen sie komfortabel. Kommunikation und Check-in/-out waren sehr unkompliziert und wir durften sogar etwas früher ankommen und abreisen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und können es nur empfehlen. Wunderschöne Strände in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Blick auf die Berge und nicht weit zu schönen Stränden. Kommunikation und Check-In waren super. Von der Dachterasse gibt es einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und im Haus selbst gibt es alles, was man braucht und es ist viel Platz. Das schönste ist natürlich die Glasveranda. Auch die zwei Bäder sind ein großer Vorteil. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Super netter Kontakt mit Giulia , top Schlüssel ???? Übergabe. Sehr zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. * 5 Sterne ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? * Klasse seitlicher Ausblick auf das Meer und auf die Berge . Die Wohnung ist vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem super . Es gibt zusätzlich ein Klappsofo und noch ein Klappbett. Supermarkt ist ca 5min Zufuss entfernt, links und bei der Kirche den Fussweg hoch . Dann links... Vielen Dank für alles.

Wunderschöner Blick

Es war angenehm und ruhig. Wir sind in der Nebensaison verreist. Der Blick auf die See und die Berge war wunderschön. Handtücher und Bettbezug waren vorhanden. Klimaanlage funktionierte. Zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Die Größe der Wohnung war angemessen. Die Einrichtung hatte Charme. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge war die Örtlichkeit geeignet. Es scheint, als würde dort noch einiges an Wohnungen gebaut werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das sagt unser Kind zur Unterkunft: ich fand die Unterkunft schön. Das große Bett war toll. Der Garten und die Aussicht von der Terrasse haben mir gefallen. W-LAN funktiiniertr nicht. Trotz Nachfrage haben wir es nicht anbekommen. Uns war es wichtig und deshalb für uns ärgerlich. Auch war das Passwort an der Wand schwer lesbar und Netzwerkname fehlte. Die Küchenausstattung war in Ordnung. Die Küchenmesser müssten dringend geschärft werden. Eine Gasflamme am Herd funktionierte nicht, so dass wir die Cafeteria nicht benutzen konnten . Hier und da könnte mal eine Schraube nachgezogen werden. Das Sofa hat bereits bessere Tage gesehen, insgesamt war die Einrichtung jedoch stimmig und geschmackvoll. Alles war sauber und gut vorbereitet und der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Kommunikation vor Ort mit Vermieter nur auf Italienisch möglich, durch Google Übersetzungen war das jedoch kein Problem . Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft in Top-Lage.

Es waren sehr schöne 10 Tage, ein toller Aufenthalt. Alles ist wie beschrieben, ein sehr schönes Haus, die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Ich würde es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die schönsten Strände und besten Clubs sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit der Buchung gab es eine perfekte Kommunikation mit Victor, dazu hat uns Marisa einen perfekten, flexiblen Check-in ermöglicht, danke nochmal dafür an Viktor und Marisa.

Tolles, großzügiges Haus in sehr guter Lage. Service (Agentur und Check-in und Check-out) hat sehr gut funktioniert - sehr freundlich, reaktiv, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert. Wenn man etwas kritisieren wollte, dann dass die Türen und Schubladen alle sehr schlecht schließen und das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Toll wäre es, wenn es eine Spülmaschine gäbe. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Lage und die Aussicht vom Garten auf das Meer ist super schön. Die Wohnung ist genau wie abgebildet und beschrieben und ausreichend groß für uns gewesen (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind 3 Jahre). Toll war die Klimaanlage, die wir im Juni auf jeden Fall gebraucht haben. Schade war, dass der große Garten mit den Sonnenliegen nicht nutzbar war, da man den ganzen Tag Sonne hatte und es keinen natürlichen Schatten oder einen Schirm gab. Wir konnten den Garten daher nicht nutzen, weil es einfach zu heiß war. Genossen haben wir die Mahlzeiten im gläsernen Essbereich mit einer tollen Aussicht. Einzig die Sauberkeit der Küche (Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe) würde ich bemängeln. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung idealer Ausgangspunkt, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände in der Umgebung zu erkunden. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe, ebenso Bäcker und Supermarkt. Grundsätzlich sind die Einrichtung und Bäder eher rustikal gehalten, die Außenanlagen (Beete, Rasen) waren gepflegt, einzig an der Fassade bröckelte der Putz ab und es sah nicht mehr ganz so ordentlich aus. Größtes Problem waren die Ameisen in der Wohnung. Da unser Rückflug erst am Nachmittag ging, konnten wir noch bis halb 12 in der Wohnung bleiben, das war top!

La casa di Giulia è bella, funzionale, luminosa e comoda. Il giardino è molto grande, il terrazzino sul tetto suggestivo. Tutto molto comodo, parcheggio incluso. Ovviiamente parlo di settembre, quando la Costa Smeralda è meno affollata e più vivibile. Resta, comunque, la qualità della casa. Buona la comunicazione con le persone dedicate al check-in/out, elasticità. La posizione è stategica.

Alles hat geklappt

Vom Bezug bis zur Abgabe hat alles gut geklappt. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und liegt ideal um im Landesinneren Erkundungen zu realisieren oder die diversen Strände und Orte an der Costa Smeralda ab zu klappern. Ein Auto ist dafür zwingend, aber auch sicher über Nacht parkiert.

A very nice place to stay

Casa Mate has a nice garden, ist well decorated and the terrace hast a wonderfull view. Several supermarkets and a good restaurant are in walking distance. Beautifull beaches in few minutes by car. In October we had around 24°C and still could swimm everyday and it was not crowdy. At night we were sitting at the roof-terrace an looking at the stars.

Die Wohnung ist sichtlich neu, also renoviert und modern eingerichtet Bad und Küche sind groß genug und sehr sauber Das Highlight sind die Dachterasse und die Klimaanlage :)
