The house is spectacular for its volumes and level of comfort. This architect-designed house will delight you with its exceptional features and exclusive location. It is the ideal place for a calm and rejuvenating stay, where everyone will enjoy their leisure activities in complete serenity. The house, recently built, welcomes you with its impressive volumes, quality equipment and high-end decoration. Comfortably furnished, it is spacious and can accommodate 8 people. You will quickly feel at ease. The ground floor is organised around a bright living room open to the garden. It integrates the living room, dining room, kitchen and serves two sleeping areas including a master suite (bedroom + bathroom) and two bedrooms. A bathroom and a laundry room complete this level. Upstairs, a second master suite with bathroom and toilet gives access to a very large private terrace. A calm and comfortable sleeping area that will delight its occupants. In the garden, a true asset of this house, you will enjoy a vast terrace and a view of the shrubs. From the house, you can also walk to the nearby Arradon coast, to hiking trails.
