Ideally located on the port of Vannes, this duplex apartment is on the 2nd floor (no lift), and comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted and equipped kitchen, a very pleasant lounge area, three beautiful double bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bath). You can enjoy a garden of around 450 m² and a magnificent terrace equipped with garden furniture in the centre of Vannes. The flat is fitted to a very high standard and uses quality materials. It is air-conditioned, which is a plus in summer, and has fibre-optic wifi. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). The accommodation is made up as follows \- A 35 m² living room with sofa and TV \- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. \- Bedroom 1 with 1 Queen-size bed (160×200) \- Bedroom 2 with 1 Queen-size bed (160x200) \- Bedroom 3 with 1 double bed \- Two bathrooms with shower and bath and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron, air conditioning. Outside: \- A terrace and garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the flat at the Q-Park under the grounds or in the street (paid parking).
