### L'Amiral Vannetais - Appt duplex au port de Vannes

This charming 170 m² air-conditioned flat with wifi (fibre optics), which can accommodate up to 6 people, is available to rent in Vannes. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it has a lovely 30 m² living room, fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 450 m² garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 35 m² living room with sofa and TV  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Bedroom 1 with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)   
\- Bedroom 2 with 1 queen-size bed (160x200)  
\- Bedroom 3 with 1 double bed  
\- Two bathrooms with shower and bath and WCs  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A terrace and garden with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the flat in the underground Q-Park or on the street (pay parking).  
  
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Vannes 10 minutes by car  
\- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique 1H20
