WiFi Weekly linen+towels change included in the price! This beautiful apartment is just 15 minutes from the airport, in the quiet and beautiful Costa del Silencio. Here we enjoy more sunny days than anywhere in the island, with a daytime-only slight breeze almost always present, making it less hot during the daytime but wonderfully warm at night. The beautiful complex is ideal for families and those who want a quiet base to explore the island and its many wonders (among them the Unesco Heritage city of La Laguna, the best and most visited zoo in Spain (Loro Parque) or the Biosphere Reserve of El Teide, Spanish highest mountain). The apartment sleeps up to 6 adults (there is a double bedroom, a twin one and a sofa-bed). Baby cot is available upon request (no extra cost). It has one full bathroom and a toilet (1.5 bathrooms in total). The apartment is bright and spacious, fully equipped and well insulated (not too warm in the summer, not cold in winter since it is never cold in here). It also has a beautiful 215 sq feet terrace facing the south-west, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and have sun almost all day long. There are bars, restaurants and shops in the commercial centre at the complex. You will not see or hear it from your apartment though. The complex swimming pool is excellent and has a large solarium area. There is a TV and we can provide you with an Amazon Fire TV device if you need one. There is easy off road parking in front of the apartment (parking is not always easy in Tenerife). We have many extras that you might need at no extra cost. Not in vain we have been renting apartments for over 15 years already, so almost anything you might ask we have dealt with before. If you stay for over a week, we include in the price a weekly linen+towels change. If the apartment is not booked, we will let you stay until you need go to the airport. If you have a late flight, we will arrange it for you to leave your luggage. We are Spanish and are flexible enough for anything you might need. Nearby: A rock beach and a nude beach are nearby. For sand beaches you need to walk to the close Las Galletas or take the car to Los Cristianos/Las Americas or El Médano (both at about 15 minutes distance). Ask for advice on which are the best beaches on the island. We can also advice you on what to do, see, etc. and where to eat. Restaurants in Tenerife are extremely varied, so it’s easy to end up in bad ones. Eigentlich ist die Lage toll, der großzügige Balkon bietet viele Sonnenstunden. Es gibt einen Tisch mit 4 Stühlen auf dem Balkon. Eine Belegung mit 4 Personen sollte klappen, wir waren zu zweit mit dem Platz sehr zufrieden.Es sind oft nur Kleinigkeiten, die einen schlechten Eindruck vermitteln. Der verkalkte Wasserkocher zum Beispiel, der niedrige Wasserdruck am Waschbecken im Bad oder der schlecht ablaufende Küchenabfluss. Eigentlich alles kein Ding, aber in Summe störend.Das alles muss man im Verhältnis zum günstigen Preis sehen. Die Anlage hat einen großen Pool, der mit Liegen ausgestattet ist. Fußläufig sind viele Gaststätten/Restaurants erreichbar. Wer 20 -25 Minuten gehen möchte, kann nach Las Galletas laufen und dort an der kleinen Promenade am Wasser essen oder etwas trinken. ##### Heiko V. Antonio the host was very understanding and had no problem changing our dates. The apartment was perfect for what we required, a quiet relaxing holiday close to our favourite bars and restaurants in the area. Fuimos 5 amigos buscando poder hacer turismo y visitar sitios y la ubicación no es del todo mala a pesar de estar en una esquina de la isla (aunque es recomendable alquilar un coche). El apartamento contaba con todo lo necesario para la estancia (platos, cubiertos, útiles de cocina, etc.) lo único que echamos de menos fue una campana extractora y quizás un horno. La zona es tranquila y dispone de supermercados, restaurantes, paradas de autobús y lugares para visitar a muy poco tiempo andando. ##### Martín G. Not constant but all hours of the day including midnight and 6am. The apartment was very sunny and very warm in early November. Think it would be too hot for me in the summer but for the rest of the time perfect. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der große Balkon, auf dem man von mittags bis Abends Sonne hat. Bars und Restaurants sind sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar, es ist für jeden Geschmack und Preis etwas zu finden.
