Perfect location for a winter holiday! Apartment is exactly as advertised with two beautiful pool areas a few steps away! Conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants and a waterfront boardwalk.

Great place to stay for vacation for a very reasobale price
Very clean, very quiet, beautiful community with 2 absolutely gorgeous pools. The beach is just within 5 minutes walk free of tourists, and on another side very close to main tourists centers in the south, just few minutes drive. There is mini market just 200 meters walk from the main gate. Plenty of small delicios restraunts aroung within 5 minutes walk.

Relaxing, peaceful stay
Property was spotless clean when we arrived with plenty of kitchen utensils, pots and devices such as toaster, coffee machine, kettle, iron, hair dryer and even straighteners. Property was very comfortable with 3 seater sofa, additional recliner, dining table for two and patio furniture which easily sat 6 people. The patio does not get the sun at at all which was lovely when wanting to take a break from the sun and eat outside. We found the bed to be comfortable with plenty of storage and hangers in the wardrobe. This one bed apartment is in a really lovely complex which is very well kept and is mostly used by couples and retired adults as well as a few families. The pool was great although unheated, there were plenty of sun loungers and again the pool area was extremely clean and well looked after. There were actually two pools we had access to during our stay. The complex was gated so required a key however, I would still urge you to not leave any windows or doors open whilst you are out of the apartment. We loved our stay at this apartment and would highly recommend.

Family holiday in Palm-Mar
We had a lovely stay in August 2019. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and in a pleasant complex. The two pools were a real bonus and also very clean and well-maintained. Even at this time of year there were always free sunbeds. Palm-Mar itself is a quiet town, not as manic as the bigger resorts, but has a good variety of restaurants and a nice beach area. Maria the owner, was very helpful and friendly, and always responds promptly to any queries.

Well equipped apartment good value for the money
This is a very well equipped apartment, the owners live close by, are very nice and are ready to help if necessary. There are steps on the development but to get to this apartment it is only necessary to use one flight of steps, The flat itself is on the ground floor. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped. This apartment was in a pleasant village with some nice restaurants and you could get plenty of excellent Belgium beers in the bars. Good German beer was also available. We (a British couple in our seventies stayed for 5 weeks in February beginning March 2018)

Great location, nice apartment
This apartment was simply furnished but had all that we needed for a lovely stay. Palm Mar is a very quiet place, very peaceful. Our apartment was within easy walking distance of a few shops, including a grocery store; and various restaurants. It was also an easy walk to the ocean, with a rocky beach. There as also a lovely area to walk to a light house and natural reserve where we walked often for a few hours at a time. The sunsets were quite lovely from the beach. We did not use the pool facilities at the apartment, it was too chilly. Also the apartment’s patio faced north so it was never in the sunshine while we were there so we did not use it but once or twice. Perhaps it is useable in the summer months. The WiFi signal, or perhaps the router were weak so coverage was not great. But our host Mary was lovely, and made everything easy for us.

Overall good experience. Good location. Only minus : not enough glasses and space to store food and other things. This is why it is ok for shorter periods but not for some months.
