Beautiful penthouse in front of the sea, in Las Galletas, Arona. Located on the seafront avenue, a few steps from the beach, where you can breathe a summer atmosphere all year round. Bright, with capacity for 3 people, a large terrace that borders the entire property and fibre Wifi Internet designed for teleworking, this flat has all the ingredients for a unique holiday in Tenerife. It is unique as it is one of the few apartments with lift and parking in the area.
It is ideal for families and business trips as it can accommodate up to 3 people, with one bedroom, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room and a terrace that borders the entire house. With stunning views of the sea and the city, you can enjoy dreamlike sunsets.
The flat is located on the seafront avenue, in a quiet fishing village, surrounded by restaurants and bathing areas. Ideal for water sports lovers.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room, a large terrace where you can have breakfast or relax, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, television, Wifi fibre internet, sheets and shower towels, travel cot and high chair.
The car park is located in a nearby building.
Check-in after 10 p.m. incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.
On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.
From 20 to 24 August, the Las Galletas Patron Saint's Festival will be held in the area, so there may be music and events with higher noise levels than usual, especially in the afternoon and evening. A lovely top floor flat with great views. Las Galletas is a friendly typically spanish town giving a completely different Tenerife experience from playa de las americas whilst being only a short distance from both there and the airport. Great restaurants very close by and a lively working harbour. Highly recommended!
Every window in the apartment has an amazing view! Fantastic location central to the bars and cafes on the fourth floor of a quiet residential block. Views over the ocean and Mount Teide are captivating. The constant warm Atlantic breeze will keep you cool whichever view you choose.
We spent a delightful fortnight here in September and will certainly rebook in the future.
The apartment is ideal escape for an older couple but would equally suite a small family, looking for a quieter holiday.
A leisurely walk into the centre of town where you can find original Spanish food/restaurants as well as trendy patisseries fish restaurants and arepas, tortilla and lomo.
This is a must stay for anyone that wishes to embrace Spanish culture amongst local people and get away from the resorts. Saying that, if you wished a livelier evening, a taxi ride into Los Cristianos or Las Americas, is only a ten-minute ride away.
Loved every minute of our stay.
