With capacity for 4 people, terrace, Wi-Fi internet and TV with international channels. The unbeatable location of this establishment surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants, in an area where you can breathe a summer atmosphere throughout the year, will make your vacation a unique experience.  
  
This beautiful duplex is ideal for families and couples, as it has capacity for 4 people. With a large bedroom, 1 bathroom, equipped kitchen, living room, Wifi Internet, TV with international channels, terrace and heated children's and adult pools in the residential complex where it is located.  
  
With an unbeatable location, a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and the main points of interest in Las Américas.  
  
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, terrace, swimming pools, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, TV with international channels, Wi-Fi Internet, sheets and shower towels, crib and high chair.

#### Great apartment

The apartment was spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. It had 2 x tv and a full kitchen. We were rarely in the apartment but when we were it was roomy and comfortable.

Buena localizacion, buena urbanizacion y apartamento bueno para parejas. El apartamento esta muy bien pero habia cosas que no estaban limpias (eg. ventiladores y algunos utensilios de cocina).
