This cosy one-bedroom accommodation offers you a unique experience with its spectacular view of the sea and the majestic Teide. Located on the seafront, you will enjoy the sea breeze and the warmth of the sun in the evenings.

The duplex flat is located on the 2nd floor of the Parque Santiago 2 complex.

It has a cosy bedroom on the first floor, equipped with air conditioning, modern bathroom with shower, a walk-in wardrobe, ideal for organizing your belongings.

The open plan kitchen, on the lower floor, is well equipped, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease. The living room includes a sofa bed for additional guests, providing flexibility in accommodation capacity, dining area and access to the balcony from which you can enjoy wonderful sunsets.

Our wifi connection ensures you can stay connected at all times, so you can share your experiences with friends and family whilst enjoying your holiday. The television offers a wide selection of international channels so you can relax and watch your favorite programs.





The Parque Santiago 2 complex is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. The heated swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable umbrellas and sun loungers, is available to our guests for a small additional charge, providing an ideal space to relax and enjoy the Canarian sun in a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere.

Relaxing stay

Ideally located, great restaurants and bars locally. Short walk to the beach where more bars & restaurants are nearby. Plenty of sports bars. Beach behind the location is very rocky & stones but only about a 15 minute walk to a sandy beach. Incredible views of the sunset from the balcony. Would have been nice to have an oven in addition to the hob and microwave in the kitchen, but managed without. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom adequate. Hosts were very good met us on arrival and was there at the arranged time for our departure. We would have no problem booking with them again.

Summer Holiday

Tidy apartment in a busy area,but not noisy at all. Lovely view of the PS2 pool and the sea and sunset at night. Happy to stay here again.

It’s in a perfect spot between playas de americas and lots cristianos

The location was perfect beside the beach, playas de America’s, and lots cristianos (5minute walk from both). The only thing we weren’t impressed with was, having to pay for your sun bed everyday(€5 per bed, €1.50 for the cushion and another €1.50 for an umbrella)
