In the centre of Costa del Silencio, in a quiet, sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 550 m from the sea, 600 m from the beach. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, pond, 2 swimming pools (depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Unconventional pool shape. Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, boccia. Supermarket 550 m, restaurant, bar 25 m, bakery 300 m, café 25 m, bus stop "Jose Antonio Tavio" 450 m, pebble beach "Playa de Montaña Amarilla" 550 m. Golf course (9 hole) 10 km. Nearby attractions: Siam Park 17 km, Playa de Las Americas 18 km, Masca 50 km, Teide 52 km. Please note: baby equipment on request. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The complex has night security. Residence with electric gates. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
