Americas II Holiday Home is an extraordinary duplex in the well-known and quiet Parque Santiago I complex. Located in a unique enclave and on the seafront, just 150 meters away from the charming promenade. The cozy terrace overlooks the pedestrian area and the Atlantic Ocean is partially visible. Its proximity to the sea guarantees a pleasant fresh breeze throughout the day. Given its privileged location next to the promenade, you can stroll along the coast whenever you want, without having to use a car. In its vicinity there are many restaurants with all kinds of cuisine, both national and international, as well as supermarkets, shopping centers, banks, pharmacies, hairdressers, churches, cinemas, bars and beaches. The Golden Mile is just 500 meters away. The Hospiten hospital is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment. This hospital has excellent facilities and a team of multilingual professionals who can assist you 24 hours a day.
The apartment is located on the second floor. It has a practical American kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle. The dining room has a comfortable double sofa bed, a solid solid wood table with four matching chairs, a flat-screen TV with national and international channels, free WI-FI throughout the apartment 24 hours and a radio music player. The bedrooms and the bathroom are located in the upper part of the apartment. The washing machine is inside the bathroom cabinet. The main bedroom has two single beds and has high ceilings, wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom. Next to the main bedroom is the second auxiliary bedroom, ideal for children, with wooden flooring and a crescent-shaped exterior window. The original heated pool with sea water, has easy access and a different area for the little ones. The spacious and quiet solarium has sun all day. Sun loungers and parasols by the pool are rented and the price is set by the complex. Next to the pool is a comfortable and practical cafeteria, open all day.
All this will make your long-awaited vacation perfect.
