We were food poisoned by undercooked chicken wings in the sports bar at Anyos Park Hotel, which is the hotel we were transferred to due to operational issues at Ushuaia (which is a part of the same company). We also had to argue with the staff to get simple cutlery to use in our rooms (plates and knives and forks), which we didn't realise would be such an issue as the room has a microwave. The variation of non pork options for breakfast wasn't much (such as chicken sausages). Our view was lovely, and reception smelt lovely.

Tres bon hotel remis au gout du jour

The location is perfect, the staff is outstanding and super friendly. The food is really ok even if people complain about it, in the comments for you and your familly it will be ok they change the menu everyday but dont expect restaurant level food. The room are huge so for family trip it is perfect.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. The property itself is well maintained, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. What truly stood out was the staff — they were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay feel very welcoming. There were, however, a few areas that could use improvement. The dining experience was below expectations, both in terms of food quality and the availability of plates during busy times, which made meals less enjoyable. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was very poor on the left side of the 4th floor, making it difficult to work or stay connected. Despite these issues, the kindness of the staff and the overall comfort of the hotel made it a nice stay. With improvements to the food service and internet connectivity, this hotel could offer an excellent experience. I would especially like to thank Andrés from the bar for his excellent service throughout our stay. His recommendations were spot on, and his friendly, attentive approach made our experience even more enjoyable. The experience for the kids was outstanding — truly top quality and highly recommended for families.

Generalmente un hotel recomendable, el personal de recepción estupendo, a la habitación que nos asignaron no le funcionaba la calefacción y bajo cero en Andorra hace frío, pero lo comunicamos y nos buscaron otra rápidamente. El restaurante no tiene un bufet muy amplio pero de sabor muy bien, nuestra hija pequeña no como casi de nada y nos hicieron una tortilla francesa. Volver a alojarme en el cuando haya más nieve en la zona.

Chambres très grandes et balcon agréable; pour le reste, pas vraiment le niveau d'un 4*: pas de clim (il a fait très chaud pendant notre séjour, et nous avons eu chaud la nuit malgré la fenêtre grande ouverte), peu d'articles d'hygiène (2 bonnets de douche, 2 x 3 mouchoirs), non renouvelés quand on s'en est servi!. Ne pensez pas avoir à coup sûr vue montagne, notre chambre donnait sur l'arrière de l'hôtel, donc vue sur des arbres. La partie restauration est décevante, beaucoup de surgelé, toujours les mêmes plats (boulettes, ragoût avec de la viande dure, poêlée de légumes pas assez cuits, gâteaux industriels insipides...), aucun plat typique d'Ansorre. Petit déjeuner idem, on retrouve les mêmes légumes, bacon bouilli, croissants et pain décongelés, machine à jus industriels... on s'attend à mieux pour un 4*.

Très bon se

Un très bon séjour avec notre bébé. Tous le confort nécessaire dans la suite Junior. Le buffet est de très grande qualité et le personnel très serviable. L’hôtel est au calme, et toutes les activités sont accessibles en voiture rapidement.

Terceira vez neste hotel e não tem melhorado.

As almofadas são desconfortáveis e a partir das 4 da manhã muito barulho, provavelmente vindo da cozinha a preparar os pequenos almoços. No buffet havia muita repetição e colocação de itens não consumidos no dia anterior. De resto tudo ótimo.

Nos dieron una habitación en la ultima planta y al no disponer de aire acondicionado el calor era insoportable. Las vistas de la habitación no son a montan̈a, tal y como dice la publicidad, esa habitación tenía un balcón pegado a matorrales. En positivo tengo que decir que la habitación era amplia y limpia. El desayuno tipo buffette, pero muy muy superable. Hay un bar en el hall del hotel, pero no puedes tomar ni un bocadillo. El par de veces que fuí para tomar algo no había nadie. No repetiría ni lo aconsejaría.

Nos ha gustado mucho, a pie de pistas en Arinsal. La habitación era bastante grande y muy práctica, las camas muy comodas. Desatuno buffet variado y rico. La cena también tipo buffet pero no tan variada... Disponen de guarda eskis en el parking por habitación. Parking gratuito. El personal muy amable. Disponen de Spa y Gimnasio. Repetiremos.

Accueil vraiment très qualitatif de la part de Ana. Elle est très à l'écoute du bien être des clients et attentive à leur demande. La chambre est très bien équipée et vraiment spacieuse. Seul bémol le hall cathédrale qui rend l'hôtel vraiment bruyant.

Great hotel at Arinsal

Everything was great. Just a misunderstanding with the spa, that has been told that was for free and at the end was paid, but no one charged for the times we went for free.

Hotel good but service questionable

Overall hotel good but questionable service especially when it came to paying for breakfast and dinner. I left a credit card at the front desk which the receptionist assured me it would be used at the end to total everything. But the staff in the restaurant accused me of not paying. It was also very expensive given the food overall was not that great. Also given that it is a 4 star hotel there were only the most basic alcohols in the bar - I would expect more given that this hotel isn’t that cheap. Room overall was good though.
