"Giovanni was looking for us as we approached the B&B. He speaks some English and we speak some Italian, it was enjoyable. There are 3 rooms here. It is an old building and is well located. Not modern, but comfortable with a beautiful view from the balcony. Perfect place for us to stay within easy walking distance to the center. We were able to park quite close. All in all very good place to stay!"

The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, away from the crowded and noisy centro, yet only about a 10-minute walk away. What truly makes Kairos special, though, is the family who runs it. The owners and staff are incredibly hospitable, attentive, warm, and friendly. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. "This property was very clean. The room has air conditioning that worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the door room did not close well. We had to pull it shut to latch. We paid for ‘sea view’ but the bushes were too high to see any kind of view. Additionally, I forgot to list that it was 3 adults. Despite the room description stating it slept 3 in the room, they made us pay an additional $100 per night for the extra adult. There is no elevator. Only stairs. So if you have a big luggage, be ready to carry it down and up stairs or roll it up the big hill outside. Overall, I was happy with the location. The pool was great, the views from the property was beautiful. The restaurant was very good. One thing to note, they do not provide bottled water. It is all extra charge for the mini fridge. Also, the beach is a micro beach. There was no live music."
