"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property itself was very clean and attractive. The rooms were also more than expected. We did have an issue with the AC on the 2nd night (not the first and nothing anyone could have prevented or predicted). The staff did compensate for that. I am still giving 5 stars because that was out of anyone's control and some things just happen. The first night was great and the 2nd room had no issues at all."

"The stay was fine overall and a decent place to lay your head for the night. It's close to most of the stuff downtown when is convenient. My only gripe is the elevator was quite slow and we resorted to just walking the stairs when we came and left haha."

"Situated right by the freeway, but you could walk to downtown. I forgot which floor I was at, all I remember is from the window I could see the mountains surrounding Asheville and beautiful sunsets. Parking is also had to go through valet."
