"Love the area and this clean little spot is a wonderful hideaway. Been visiting for years. It's recently under new management and they're doing a great job of bringing in some modest and appreciated improvements. Still a little rough around the edges with a lack of simple amenities but they're getting there. Priced a little high for what you get, but there are no other options in the immediate area. "

"Since its the off season.. this property still has lots of space for enjoying any season.Deck upstairs.. screened in proch below..Bbq.. and a fire pit with plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors..Easy parking... we had 3 full sized pick ups with more room to spare... host is very responsive and accommodating. "Very peaceful property and the hosts were clear, communicative and answered any questions (ahead of time and on site) promptly. The property itself was stunning - everything had been updated (appliances, washrooms, bedrooms, games room, TV, hot tub, etc) and new while maintaining a classic and warm cottage element.We were able to comfortably and easily host 16 guests and each one was able to have their own space and also congregate all together to enjoy meals and games and time together. I will be booking again for another large family gathering. Cannot wait to get back. The privacy offered at the property is lovely too. You have your own space and the nature is beautiful. We were there in the winter so didn't get to use the lake etc but we walked down to the dock/lake front (about 5-10 minute walk from cottage) and it was lovely. Again, can't wait to get back! "
