"Room was great, the same as in the pictures on the web site! Had the junior suite and worked really well. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast ok, cheap and cheerful, breakfast staff less friendly, closed part of restaurant area even though still busy. Gym / pool / sauna / steam room, ok for a hotel. Would recommend. "
"We appreciated a comfortable bed, hooks in the bathroom, excellent water pressure, night light in bathroom, fun lights in the room, magnifying mirror, walk in closet with enough hangars. We didn’t have a view to speak of but that was not our priority.
If I have to find something to complain about it’s that the hard boiled eggs had gooey dripping whites and when I asked for more well done eggs I was told to just keep trying! Also- you must walk up stairs to get to the breakfast.
When we come back to Milan (we do often)we will not hesitate to stay here again. (We had an executive level room)"

"The room was nice, recently redone with nice bathroom and super comfortable overall. The whole hotel was really clean and the staff was very nice. The location is convenient, close to public transit as well as restaurants and cafes. I’d stay here again."
"Great hotel close to the train station and a short walk to the main square. Rooms are basic and quite small but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bar and restaurant is great and reasonably priced. This is my second stay and I would definitely return. "
