"My wife and I stayed at Hotel Berna for 2 nights in May 2026. The hotel staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel was clean, well maintained, the room was nicely appointed and spacious. The hotel is walking distance to the Milan Central Train Station. Additionally, there are a variety of restaurants withing easy walking distance, in fact one right next door and another across the street, both of which we ate at and had no complaints. Our only complaint is that the carpet in our room needed to have a deep cleaning, shampooed thoroughly removing all stains."

"We enjoyed our stay at The Square Milano Duomo. Our room was lovely - very clean and the en-suite bathroom was excellent. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice and we were assisted by helpful, friendly staff both at breakfast time and on reception."

"Nice hotel and a good location. Good staff. Unfortunately, the bed was hard as a rock. My biggest complaint was that the air conditioning was computer controlled at the front desk. They couldn’t reduce our room temperature to less than 22 degrees C. Must be much hotter in the summer. That’s why my rating of 3 stars. Rick, Montreal"

"Amazing location and spacious apartment for two people for a couple nights in Milan. The unit was located in the basement, it did smell quite musty and everything we had felt damp after our stay, but we were happy that it was nice and cold. It's right by the train station which made going to a game at the San Siro Stadium very easy. Would recommend for a cheaper stay close to everything."

"We had a great stay at Lancaster - a beautiful hotel! We were a group of 12 ppl including seniors and kids - we all loved the rooms, they were clean and comfortable! The staff was extremely kind and accommodating for everybody. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of delicious choices. Location for us was great - serene area 5-minute walk from Arco Della Pace! Would definitely go back when visiting Milan again."
