"Firstly, I have to say, this hotel was very inexpensive. The BIG problem though was that their wifi was inoperative. Having work to do, I had to hotspot from my phone and burned through half the hotel price in data charges! Next, this hotel is located in a commercial park, right next door to McDonalds. "We have stayed at this hotel a few times en-route to the Alps for skiing. Every time we arrive around midnight and always have problems with the automated reception ATM. The problem is hotels.com DO NOT give the B&B reservation code you need to access your reservation with the ATM...so you are forced to call their helpline in the middle of the night. "This hotel is fine for an overnight stop and in a very accessible location for visiting Troyes. The reception isn’t constantly manned and there is a delay when checking in or needing assistance but staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is very basic and having a third bed in a overhead bunk meant we were banging our head when getting out of bed! There is no air conditioning but I like to have an openable window.
