Apartment was large but not well equipped. I have stayed in much nicer places for a similar price. However, good underground parking and not far to walk into centre of old town. On first seeing the property from the road it appears to be derelict but once you are down the drive there is a new modern building. The original derelict part of the site is now being developed and it will be interesting to see the result. As stated in the details the apartments are part of a sheltered housing scheme for older people but don't let this put you off . The apartments are clean modern an very nicely furnished with windows opening onto,the canal. Parking is 5 euros a night in a secure carpark.
