La salle de bains dispose d’un WC, d'un meuble vasque et d’une douche. La pièce à vivre lumineuse comprend un BZ neuf, une télévision et une table à manger avec chaises pour 4 personnes. La chambre est dotée d’un lit 140 cm et d’une commode pour plus de rangement. À l'extérieur, une terrasse ensoleillée avec salon de jardin, plancha électrique et store banne manuel offre une vue agréable sur les arbres, le tout exposé plein Sud. Le point négatif d'importance : le bruit du passage des voitures est très gênante toute la journée. Cette rue n'était pas piétonne malheureusement ! Une place de parking pourrait peut-être être louée également car le parking souterrain était vide , dommage puisque tout est payant à Arcachon.
