This lovely 100m² villa, located in Cap Ferret, is in close proximity to the ocean, tennis courts, Le Sail Fish restaurant, and the market.  
  
Its location, close to amenities (the center of Le Ferret, market, lighthouse, etc.), allows you to leave your car behind and do everything on foot or by bike.  
  
This family villa features a large 40m² terrace with a plancha grill, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a ping-pong table overlooking a pleasant 1000m² enclosed garden with trees and an outdoor shower.  
  
This villa comprises a large living room opening onto the terrace, a spacious, recently renovated and equipped kitchen, and four bedrooms. Three of them have 160cm double beds, while the fourth has four 90cm bunk beds (two by two). The villa also has two bathrooms and two toilets.  
  
Ideal for a large family.  
  
Parking for several vehicles is available in the garden.
