This T2 includes a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and television, a living room with two 160 cm sofa beds and a television, a shower room, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a small west-facing terrace. I have a private overhead car park, a local bike in the building (2 bikes are available). The linen is provided including 2 bathrobes, beach equipment, board games, cooking aid, coffee maker and Nespresso capsules etc ... Anyway, very nice for one or two people for a (long) weekend but not really suitable for a family. Also, one of my selected criteria was a swimming pool (common SP would be fine). There is none. Bornes électriques proches du logement.Petit bémol sur le balcon:vue sur le passage entre l’immeuble et la villa située à côté, proximité des autres balcons et terrasse sans brise vue avec plusieurs vis à vis. Cela manque un peu d’intimité si on veut profiter du balcon pur boire un café ou lire. Sinon, tout était parfait.
