This 82 m2 duplex apartment with balcony is located in the centre of Arcachon and 500m from the beach. On the 1st and last floor with ELEVATOR, it is ideal for a stay with family or friends in this superb seaside resort.

The apartment is large and bright, and it is a few hundred metres from the beach and the city centre with its shops and entertainment. When you return from your walks, you will find a haven of peace with the balcony overlooking an espaliered garden at the foot of the Mauresque park.
Accommodating up to 6 people, it is composed of three bedrooms with two single beds and two double beds; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; a bathroom with shower, 2 bathrooms with bathtub; and a cosy living room with 2 sofas, a TV and a dining area, where you can enjoy your meals or relax after an intense day.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Hairdryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
You will also have a balcony overlooking a green embankment which will be very appreciated on beautiful sunny days!

You benefit from a dedicated car park in the private underground car park at the residence and closed.

A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveller.

The accommodation is located at the foot of the Parc Mauresque: it is very pleasant to stroll there in peace, and playgrounds for children are available.
It is ideally located 5 minutes from the beach of Arcachon; and 7 minutes by car from the beach of the Pointe de l'Aiguillon.
You will find: various bars, restaurants, shops and many bike rental companies nearby to enjoy the cycle paths that criss-cross the city and the basin!
The KiteSurf Spot Les Arbousiers is an 8-minute drive away for kitesurfing fans and the Cercle de la Voile d'Arcachon is 8 minutes away for sailing enthusiasts.

The city centre is a 5-minute walk away. Here you will find the Casino d'Arcachon, the Quartier de la Ville d'Hiver and the Sainte Cécile Observatory.
For your daily shopping, you will find a "MONOPRIX", a "Casino Supermarket" and the "Arcachon market" respectively 2, 5 and 6 minutes walk away.

You will also be able to enjoy the riches of the region and understand why the Arcachon basin is so coveted: walks, water sports, boat trips...
