Traditional Arcachonnaise house classified by Gironde Tourisme as 3 \* tourist accommodation. Ideal for spending holidays with family or friends this house with an area of approximately 100 m2 on a fenced plot of 395 m2, is composed of: \-3 bedrooms, 2 with a 140 bed, and 1 with 2 90 beds and 1 sofa bed. \- 1 bathroom with bathtub and double sinks \- 1 separate toilet \-1 living room, lounge with TV \-1 kitchen with fridge, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, double sink, cupboards, household appliances, Nespresso coffee machine, and electric coffee machine. \-1 veranda with teak table and chairs overlooking terrace and garden. La maison est très bien située, proche des commerces, du bassin, de ses plages et du port, ce qui est très pratique. Jardin agréable et véranda pratique. Par contre, la maison est "dans son jus", certains critères ne répondent pas à une bonne location : literie de mauvaise qualité, cuisine mal pratique avec un frigo d'un autre temps, et des portes fenêtres sur extérieur qui ne ferment plus correctement...
