Dès l’entrée, vous accédez à l’espace nuit en mezzanine, comprenant un lit de 120 cm, parfait pour un adulte ou deux enfants. Ce niveau comprend également une salle de bain avec une petite baignoire, un meuble vasque avec son grand miroir, ainsi qu’un WC. Vous trouverez également une chambre confortable avec un lit double 140 cm, deux tables de chevet et de grands placards pour vos effets personnels. En descendant à l’étage inférieur, vous découvrirez une agréable pièce de vie lumineuse orientée Nord. La cuisine ouverte est entièrement équipée : machine à laver, deux plaques électriques, mini four, micro-ondes, deux petits réfrigérateurs, bouilloire, cafetière filtre, etc… Le coin salon dispose d’un canapé, de deux fauteuils et d’une télévision avec son décodeur. Cet espace s’ouvre sur une loggia aménagée en coin détente, idéale pour se relaxer à l’abri. Enfin, vous pourrez profiter pleinement de l’extérieur grâce à un grand balcon de 9 m², équipé d’une table et de 4 chaises pour vos repas au calme. L’appartement ne dispose pas de place de parking attitrée, mais il est facile de se garer gratuitement dans la rue. Pour vous faciliter le transport, une navette passe toutes les 30 minutes pour rejoindre le centre-ville.
