Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par Yannick qui a été à l’écoute et présent tout au long de notre séjour.L’appartement est généreusement équipé et très bien situé ,une vue superbe sur le bassin avec un accès direct à la plage.C’est le top sur Arcachon !!

Un logement absolument merveilleux .Vous serez séduit par la propreté de celui ciAvec tout le nécessaire pour passer d’agréables vacances. La vue est juste magnifique avec la plage au pied de l’immeuble.. une place de parking..Vs avez juste envie de plus bouger.!!!Ce qui fait la différence avec d’autres logementsC’est la gentillesse de Yannick et Eyquem les propriétaires Je vs en dit pas plus mais vs allez adoré !!! Nous on reviendra…!

Magnifique vue

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cet appartement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la grande terrasse avec une superbe vue sur le bassin, d'où l'on peut profiter aussi bien du lever que du coucher de soleil !L'appartement en lui-même est très agréable et fonctionnel, très lumineux. La place de parking sécurisé est un plus.Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et font tout pour que nous profitions pleinement de notre séjour, avec beaucoup de petites attentions très appréciées !!!Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Meerblick Arcachon

Das Vermieterehepaar war sehr gastfreundlich, wir wurden mit leckeren Getränken empfangen und mehrmals mit Frühstücksbaguette versorgt. Die Wohnung selbst hat eine ruhige Lage in Fussnähe zum Zentrum und bietet alles, was man braucht. Besonders schön ist der Balkon mit herrlichem Meerblick. Und der Parkplatz genau gegenüber war auch ein großes Plus. Wir werden sehr gern wiederkommen!

Une semaine parfaite

J’ai beaucoup apprécié ma semaine à Arcachon chez Yannick et Élyette qui sont des hôtes charmants et extrêmement accueillants. L’appartement est tout à fait conforme au descriptif et confortable. La terrasse avec une vue incroyable sur le bassin, les petites attentions à l’arrivée et au départ, l’accueil à la gare ( à l’aller et au retour car je suis venue en train), le vélo mis à disposition et la patience de Yannick lors du choix du vélo 😊 bref un bonheur !! Un grand merci à Franck le gardien pour son aide et sa présence ! À bientôt très certainement !! Claudine

Super sejour à Arcachon

Très bel appartement dans un environnement calme Parfaitement conforme à la description Une vue exceptionnelle sur le bassin avec la plage à nos pieds Merci à Yannick Eyquem pour son accueil aussi sympathique et attentionné tout au long du sejour. Bref tout était réuni pour une semaine magnifique.

Logement avec vue sublime

L'appartement avec vue sublime sur le bassin et le cap ferret, très bien aménagé pour deux personnes, très bien équipé et propre nous a ravis durant tout le séjour. La résidence est bien aménagée pour un séjour balnéaire sur la belle plage de sable fin. En bonus, l'accueil premium des propriétaires est exceptionnel. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans l'appartement de Mr & Mme Eyquem. Le descriptif est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. L'appartement est en front de mer (accès direct à la plage Pereire) avec une vue magnifique sur le Bassin d'Arcachon. Tout peut se faire à pieds et c'est un plus surtout en été. Belle région avec de nombreuses activités. Quant aux hôtes, ils sont tout à fait charmants avec de délicates attention (croissants, pain, journal le lendemain matin de notre arrivée). Nous n'avons pas vu Mr Eyquem (échanges par messages) mais Franck, le gardien de l'immeuble, était là en cas de besoin. Il est très sympathique. Bref, nous avons bien apprécié notre semaine de mai. La période juillet/août doit être un peu plus chargée. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location où nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour très agréable

Très bon emplacement, vue exceptionnelle tout peut se faire à pieds. Les vélos sont un plus pour des petits déplacements. Yannick est quelqu’un de réactif ,attentionné et très à l’écoute de ses locataires.

Excellent séjour

L’emplacement est vraiment le point fort de cet appartement , vu magnifique et accès à la plage plus qu’appréciable. Suffisamment à l’écart de la masse touristique pour plus de quiétude sans être trop éloigné pour autant des commodités du centre ville . Tous ces points positifs sans oublié le professionnalisme et la grande gentillesse de Yannick et son épouse pour rendre votre séjour mémorable. Encore merci à eux

Bon séjour

Tout d'abord il faut souligner le savoir-faire en matière d'accueil des propriétaires. L'appartement est suffisant pour deux adultes et très bien situé si la plage est l'activité principale. Nageur j'ai pu apprécié les matins calmes. Proximité de la ville d'Arcachon à pied est aussi très agréable. En revanche si vous n'aimez pas la promiscuité passer votre chemin. Vous vivez avec les voisins de balcon; tard le soir pour l'un et tôt le matin pour l'autre et ce sont des permanents. Vous y rajoutez ceux qui ne vivent qu'à compter de 19 heures sur la plage et sous les balcons, vous me direz que c'est la vacances, certes, mais à la longue cela fatigue un peu l'organisme... Enfin il y a une grosse différence entre juillet et aout où l'on sent, pour ce dernier mois, une véritable différence des comportements. Juillet est plus agréable ! Encore merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et disponibilité.

Après un accueil chaleureux et plein de délicatesse de la part de Monsieur et Madame EYQUEM, nous avons pu profiter de leur appartement exceptionnellement placé au bord d’une magnifique plage en accès direct depuis la résidence. L’appartement est très agréable avec un spacieux balcon offrant sur la mer une vue panoramique . L’emplacement légèrement en dehors du centre-ville dans l’un des plus beaux endroits offre calme et sérénité ainsi qu’une grande commodité de stationnement . A recommander fortement
