Beach and seafront at 400 m. Nearby, you will find all the amenities: very practical bus lines, Casino supermarket, Leclerc, restaurants, snacks, bakery/pastry shop, PMU, post office, scooter bike rental, etc. our animal freinds are not admitted Non-smoking apartment Fully equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, washing machine with drying rack, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, toaster, 2 coffee makers, a classic and a Krups Dolce Gusto, kettle. 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with a 160 cm bed, bedroom 2 with a 160 cm bed or 2 80 cm beds. Bathroom with shower and WC, hair dryer. Equipment: TV in living room. No Wi-Fi access Bed and bathroom linen are provided Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. On request, end of stay cleaning is possible. It will be charged 70 Euros, to be paid on the day of arrival. Rental is by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Departs at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. A seasonal furnished rental contract will be signed by both parties. Deposit by check (not cashed): €300 upon delivery of the keys, returned within 15 days. L'appartement est très propre, très bien aménagé et équipé. Les formalités d'arrivée sont très simples grâce à un propriétaire très sympathique et à notre écoute.
