Apartment consisting of an entrance with cupboard, an office with sofa bed 140x190 and an armchair, a living room with sofa, armchairs, TV, dining area, an open kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, hob, extractor , oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, filter coffee maker. A separate WC. A bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine. One bedroom with two 80 x 200 beds and closet, one bedroom with 160 x 200 bed and closet.  
A large terrace with 2 deckchairs, table, chairs.  
A private parking space  
Exit cleaning included  
Linen not provided, possibility of renting them, for example pack of 90 sheets and towels: €30 per week, a pack of 140 and towels for two people: €40 per week, pack of 160 and towels for 2 people: €45 per week week. The rates are decreasing if several weeks rented
