  • Welcome to this magnificent, recently built apartment, ideal for a holiday with family or friends! Located on the first floor of a modern and secure building, it boasts an exceptional location in the heart of Arcachon. Everything is within walking distance: the beach, shops, restaurants, the market, and the train station are just a few minutes away.

    The bright and fully equipped apartment offers all the comforts you need for a successful stay.

    The apartment includes:

    An entrance hall with a closet.

    A lovely, welcoming living room with a sofa bed, television, dining area, and access to a pleasant balcony.

    A fully equipped open-plan kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, etc.

    Two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm).

    A third bedroom with bunk beds (2 x 90 cm).

    Two bathrooms and two toilets.

    Private parking space in the basement (accessible by elevator).

    Free Wi-Fi.
