The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. "Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. "We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment for the 3 of us. The apartment was spacious and nice view on the mountain. We had 2 bathroom which was great but unfortunately 1 of the heater was not functioning for half our stay so it was really cold to take a bath and we had to complain several times before they replaced the towels heater.
