"Needs daily cleaning especially emptying the bins in the room. No lift so it was difficult to carry luggages to the third floor. Very limited time opening with reception. You need to be in Bossonet before 7:45 pm to catch the last village bus back to the hotel if you are in the village. They serve good food options at a very reasonable price."

L’équipement en général était largement à la hauteur des attentes : accessoires pour bébé, cuisine super équipée, local à ski avec sèche-chaussures, séjour super confortable, machines à laver et séchoirs, grands lits avec super literie, peignoirs, échantillons, etc. Le chalet offre aussi une superbe vue sur le domaine. "Good parking, downhill walk to go skiing, staff helpful and friendly. Only spoiled by noisy people above singing and stomping feet to singing at 11pm at night and talking very loudly at midnight with chairs being scraped and kids running around on wooden floors, also men talking very loudly at lifts/in corridor in early hours of morning several times waking everyone up leaving us all tired on following days. "
