Grand appartement agréable et bien situé, mériterait un peu de modernisation mais reste très fonctio

Une touche de modernité serait la bienvenue (surtout dans la cuisine et la salle de bain). Mécanisme d’ouverture des rideaux dans les chambres à changer
Logement bien équipé, grande surface et logeable à 8 personnes sans problème. Très bien situé (village et télésiège Bessonet à 5min à pied). Le bémol, logement ancien: mur peu épais, escalier qui grince, couverture vieillotte.

Nos motifs de mécontements
A notre grand étonnement, nous avons appris par l'agence alpes Immobilier, notre interlocuteur sur place que le bien que nous avons loué du 4 au 11 février 2023 prés de 2500 euros était proposé par la même agence en direct 1000 euros de moins.De plus, nous avons constaté que l'appartement classé ainsi lors de son inspection par le syndicat intercommunal du massif des aravis le 28/12/2018 à savoir:
2 étoiles categorie 2 pour 6 personnes avec une surface totale de 66 mètres carrés +28 metres carrés de mansarde.A l'arrivée nous avons constaté en plus les défauts suivants:
Un velux chambre enfants endommagé, un rideau occultant cassé
des rideaux chambre qui ne s'articule que sur une partie empêchant son ouverture complète.

Beau volume et bien placé dans la station
Avec trois enfants en bas âge super de pouvoir faire le haut et bas centre du village à pied. Bel espace pour un appart de centre de station. Chouette duplex et jolie vue sur la station!
Super propre mais commence à vieillir un peu (escalier qui grince bcp, rideau à manipuler avec précaution). Attention à la hauteur de la route des Aravis donc bruyant.

isolation des fenetres et des portes fenetres du balcon a refaire
une cuisine très bien équipé .
manque une cave pour venir avec des vélos, manque une place de parking ,pour ouvrir les fenêtre système des rideaux des chambres a refaire. velux de la chambre qui se ferme mal on entend tous de dehors.
