"The hotel staff was friendly & helpful. The rooms were clean. We had to call for help to get our air turned off & some heat because it was too cold for us, maintenance came right away. The bathtub was so slippery I was afraid to shower after my sister got out. The restaurant was very nice & the food was good, but be prepared to pay big."

They had no problem accommodating us which made our stay and experience much better. It is nice to stay at a hotel that has great customer service and wants to make their customers comfortable and happy. This is not always the case anymore for some hotel chains.
