We arrived late and my brain was tired but our friend at the front desk was super helpful. The room we originally were assigned had been smoked in so he graciously switched us to a new, fresh and clean room. Breakfast was very filling, the beds were very comfortable and the view from our 3rd floor room looked out over the St Laurence. I was hoping to run on the treadmill but it wasn't functioning properly. I think they need a better quality treadmill in there. The ventilation unit in my room was somewhat loud. Otherwise everything was very clean and comfy. The people that work at this hotel are more then fabulous. Dimetry did everything to help us. But one thing I didn’t know it’s I though I reserved with they hotel, and I had reserved by Expedia it was marked hotel. Com no more i Will reserved by that.
