We arrived late and my brain was tired but our friend at the front desk was super helpful. The room we originally were assigned had been smoked in so he graciously switched us to a new, fresh and clean room. Breakfast was very filling, the beds were very comfortable and the view from our 3rd floor room looked out over the St Laurence. I was hoping to run on the treadmill but it wasn't functioning properly. I think they need a better quality treadmill in there. The ventilation unit in my room was somewhat loud. Otherwise everything was very clean and comfy. The tomorrow morning for the checkout was quite cold without any greetings. The bedroom is ok, but why there is no soft lights close to the bed.
