The villa comfortably accommodates up to five guests and offers generous balconies with unobstructed views of the valley, along with a sunny terrace perfect for relaxing. The ground floor includes a cosy living and dining area with a fireplace, a sofa bed, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a small WC — all adorned with traditional furnishings that add a touch of rustic charm.



A set of wooden stairs leads to the upper level, where you'll find a serene double bedroom and a mezzanine with two single beds, accessible via removable wooden stairs. A spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a large veranda with stunning views of the White Mountains complete the upper floor.



Guests also enjoy access to a large shared swimming pool with sunbeds , a lush garden, and several fully furnished shaded areas perfect for unwinding outdoors.



The vibrant village of Vamos is just 2 km away, while Douliana itself offers a cosy square with a local café, a mini-market, and a charming taverna — all within a village of only 40 houses. Within a 10 km radius, you can explore some of the area’s most beautiful beaches, including Almirida, Kalives, Kiani Akti, and Ombrogialos.



Convenient local amenities are close at hand: a mini-market just 10 metres away, a bakery 300 metres away, and several traditional taverns and cafés within a 400-meter stroll.
