"We stayed in the 3-Bedroom Cove villa at Taumeasina and had a wonderful experience overall. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The amenities were good, and the property itself is beautiful and relaxing.
The highlight of our stay was the restaurant and the outstanding service we received. A special mention goes to Pesamino, who took great care of us during several meals. He was friendly, attentive, and provided exceptional service that made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
The only issue we encountered was with the bedding arrangements in the two guest bedrooms (not the master bedroom, which had a proper king bed). The guest rooms were advertised as having king beds, but the beds were actually made up of two twin beds pushed together. During the night, the beds would often separate, leaving a gap in the middle or shifting off the bed base, which made sleeping uncomfortable at times. This was disappointing, as we were expecting true king beds based on the room description.
Other than that, our stay was enjoyable overall. The accommodations were spacious, the amenities were good, and the service was attentive. We appreciate the hospitality provided during our visit."
"Room was booked for 2 adults!
Check in Monday night-Check out Thursday
Bathroom: Shower and toilet were okay, but soap and towels need improvement. Suggest switching to liquid body wash and better towel replacement.
Room space & furniture: Limited space with only one chair shared between you. More seating would make it more comfortable.
Sink & kitchen: Functional but could use some upgrades or better maintenance.
Millenia Bar & Staff: This seems to be the highlight, with great service and ambiance.
Front desk staff: Also rated highly for service.
Clean bed: Not enough bedsheets, which affected comfort.
Patio: Limited seating but usable for relaxation.
Given that we're mostly out at the bar at night and running errands through out our days. We mainly use the room to refresh."
"If you arrive early make sure you book an extra day before hand as they do not offer early check in even if you offer to pay extra I arrived on the 5 am flight from Brisbane but was unable to check in until 2 pm 1 hr from regular check in time. Oh, and take your own shampoo conditioner body wash I kept requesting refills as it was empty on day 1 but to no avail request was ignored. Other than that it was great. Breakfast was ok not what I expected."
"I had a great stay at the Orator Hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The buffet was awesome with plenty of tasty options to enjoy. The swimming pool was fantastic and perfect for relaxing. I would definitely stay there again."
"The staff were friendly and welcoming, even changing our room because my partner couldn't use the stairs. This was really appreciated.
It was a quiet spot, close to town.
The pool was great. Breakfast was delicious.
The bed was comfortable, thank-you staff for a great stay!! 😍"
"Friendly staff, clean room, close to town, spacious room also. Must say it was nice having a small kitchenette! This was very handy. Thank you for a great stay."
