The room that we were in was a disabled room. We were not disabled. No shower curtain. We had a few coach roaches in the room and the power points came out of it socket. However, the staff was really friendly and the food was excellent. The service was great.

Our balcony was very dirty looks like it hadn’t been clean in a few weeks and our room was sub par. most of the plug outlets were broken and room phone didn’t work so had to walk all the way to reception to place an order. Enjoyed our stay, we had the King Harbor view room, everything was perfect except the shower/bath which was very dirty and quite small, location of toilet was in a weird spot facing and almost touching the wall, no extractor fan in bathroom, ranch slider was stuck and difficult to open & close, othwise location of Hotel was perfect, with exceptional service. Comfy bed & staff welcomed us with words made out of petals n leaves on our bed to congratulate us on our anniversary which was a very nice touch, thank you 🙏

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton! From the time we checked in to the time we checked out the staff were so attentive, their service is amazing always greeting us with smiles, checking if we need anything, and so respectful! The security staff were also amazing going above and beyond to ensure that we are looked after. Our room was cleaned and topped up everyday and the complementary breakfast was beyond what we expected, started everyday with full and happy belly’s.
