"Check in was quick and easy. All questions answered from receptionist. Stay was for two nights. Got lost to our room, maintenance worker who helped us was very friendly. Parking availability is SMALL. Dont try to leave after 3 pm or you will not find parking again. Front desk staff sent my son a birthday card and birthday cake! Made my son feel special. Appreciated the gesture, front desk team went above and beyond for our stay. Room was clean. Mini fridge in room didnt work good. Took hoursss for it to cool. No service at pool locations. Had to hunt a worker down for ordering drinks. No towel service attendant. Towels were almost always gone. The water slide attendant was great! I believe Jesse was his name. Overall stay was good. Would go back again. "
