Not pleased with price and state of hotel
The location of the hotel was quite good, however the overall hotel was appealing for the price as well. I paid €200 roughly for two nights in a family, four bed, room and it was very dirty. The carpet was old and stuck together, the beds were uncomfortable and the cheapest looking, a night stand was broken with an old deodorant left behind it. The room was quite big but the space was not used well. The bathroom was cut out of the room like a square and was an actual box. The bath tub, toilet and the whole bathroom was quite old and cheap looking, with the bathtub being very dirty and the sink faucet was broken. The whole hotel had a weird smell of ethnic food. The staff were nice but I don’t think the hotel was acceptable. The hotel description states there is free parking, however the hotel told me I had to pay. There was no instant coffee either because the hotel excluded breakfast so that could be improved. My stay was ok, but for the price they can renovate a bit and clean more.

We booked here for the price mainly as it is a half hour train journey to Antwerp. The local streets were beautiful and while there were plenty restaurants most were expensive. We found a Chinese restaurant across the square (Fortune Garden) which was fantastic. The hotel was old but the room was very clean. Our room was on the street side and there was plenty late night noise.

Need support for one night reimbursement, room card key didnt work and nobody was at reception to solve, so i slept out of the room in the floor. This ls really unacceptable and disappointed. Informed administration when doing check out and they told me it was not there responsibility 😡

Per un soggiorno di 3 notti abbiamo cambiato 3 volte stanza( in una non andava la tv, in un’altra non andava il riscaldamento quindi abbiamo passato la notte con il freddo)... Pare che non riescano a ricoprire tutti i servizi che dicono di offrirti. La struttura è messa malissimo, iniziando dalle porte delle stanze che sono quasi scassinate e le porte dei bagni che non si chiudono. Appena metti piede sull’ascensore ti viene la paranoia di rimanere bloccato dentro. In tutto il palazzo si sente puzza di cucina indiana che ti fa venire lo sbocco al primo mattino in quando si sente pure nelle stanze. Prevengo già che le immagini pubblicate non sono assolutamente rappresentative di quanto realmente ci si va in contro. Il soffitto delle stanze quasi quasi viene giù e le pareti sono messe malissimo. Durante il soggiorno non passa nessuno a pulire oppure a fare rifornimento, come lasci la stanza la ritrovi cosi. In tutti i viaggi che abbiamo fatto, questo è stato il peggior soggiorno. Peccato che non sappiano realmente il valore della struttura che hanno in possesso…

L’accueil du soir très agréable (la petite jeune à lunette) mais celle du lendemain matin pas du tout car déjà c’est écrit que ça ouvre à 8h et elle m’annonce que 8h30 bizarre (je venais de la réveiller plutôt j’avais vraiment l’impression de l’ennuyer, et en plus la veille au soir cette même personne m’annonce qu’il y a des bornes pour voiture elec sous le parking alors qu’il n’y en a pas et ne vous faite avoir car ils vous vendent une carte prépayé de parking à 6€ alors que nous sommes arrivé a 22h et partis le lendemain a 8h30 et j’ai payé seulement 4,3€…

Looks like something that last had a makeover in the 60’s. Terrible bed. Dirty hallways. Noise from everywhere. Close to non-existing WiFi. And positive tings: location is fine.

Het hotel ligt midden in het centrum van Sint Niklaas aan de Grote Markt en de parkeergarage is gelegen onder het marktplein. Hoewel de kamers eenvoudig en gedateerd zijn, is het goed vertoeven met schone frisse bedden en badlakens. Er is een prima Sushi-bar in het hotel voor een zeer scherpe prijs. het personeel (En / Fr) was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Helaas wordt er blijkbaar toch wel veel gerookt gezien het aantal sigarettenpeuken oude platte daken.

Dette er det værste hotel jeg nogensinde har boet på i Europa. Personalet i receptionen var ikke servicemindede, elevatoren larmede så meget at det var umuligt at sove. Værelset var et ikke ryger værelse, men stank af røg. Værelset var beskidt og slidt. Sengen var betonhård.

Kamer oud en gedateerd, alleen tl verlichting aan plafond, 3 een persoons bedden en slechts 1 schemerlampje op kastje naast bed zonder lamp. 1 klein tafeltje met 1 stoel. 1raam kon niet open en 1 raam kon niet dicht zonder sluiting. Enige lichtpuntje, lakens op bed waren schoon en tv werkte. Douche/ toilet kabine was schoon had echter een ventilator die een enorm lawaai maakte en niet uit kon als je het licht aandeed. Nooit meer!

Déçu de cet établissement, déjà premièrement la télé n'a jamais fonctionné , j'ai signalé ils m'ont dit qu'ils allaient s'en occuper mais sa n'a pas été le cas, la salle de bain bof médiocre, la moquette un nid a microbe, moustiques écrasé sur le mur, franchement c'est dégueulasse, l’hôtel est vieillot besoin de rénovation.
