"I’ve stayed at The Fitzwilliam several times and like the location, cleanliness and room size. This time, our heat was blasting and we couldn’t adjust the thermostat. The woman at the desk was very helpful and had maintenance take a look. Unfortunately, we were told the thermostat was “tricky” and the heat could not be adjusted. We had to leave the window open and the street noise was very loud, as expected. Not a great solution."

"Ideal hotel for visiting Antrim and surrounding areas. Free parking always a bonus. The hotel was quiet, very clean, beds comfortable, staff all helpful and polite. Our stay included breakfast which was self service with a good selection of food and the coffee from the machine was really good also. We didn't eat meals in the hotel as visiting friends in area but would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely big room it had a balcony and a vieiw of the beautiful garden. The food in the restaurant was lovely. Stunning grounds. Staff were friendly. The pool area needs an upgrade. Which i see they are doing very soon. Breakfast wasn't the best. "
